Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die Hauptwohnung und eine der fünf Wohnungen (mit zwei Zimmern), die für den Agrotourismus bestimmt sind. Die Hauptwohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche und zwei Bädern.
2) Gebäude B mit einer Fläche von ca. 200 Quadratmetern (auf zwei Ebenen): In diesem Teil befinden sich 4 Zweizimmerwohnungen (davon 3 im Erdgeschoss) mit jeweils einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer und einem Badezimmer. Die Zimmer haben einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Gartenbereich.
3) Zusätzliche Nebengebäude: Es gibt eine ehemalige Scheune, die 2013 renoviert wurde, einen offenen, aber überdachten Raum, der jetzt als Ruheraum genutzt wird.
