Umbria, the green heart of Italy! In the beautiful medieval village of Lugnano in Teverina, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, we sell an apartment complete with furniture located on the ground floor, of 50 square meters with cellar below of 11 square meters, renovated in 2019.

The apartment is located in a historic building overlooking two streets of the village, on one side where there is the entrance is ground floor, on the other side is first floor height, 3 windows. It consists of a large room with kitchenette and fireplace, a small raised room reachable by 3 steps and a small bathroom.

In the historic building we have left the medieval imprint with terracotta floor, ceiling in the large room with wooden beams, walls with soft lines.

The apartment is sold furnished with a double bed, a full wooden table with chairs, and a single wrought iron bed.

Viterbo, Orvieto and Terni at 40 km, Amelia at 10 km, Attigliano with railway station and A1 motorway entrance at 10 km, strategic point for visiting the Umbira, nearby Tuscia and Tuscany.
