Umbria, the green heart of Italy! In the beautiful medieval village of Lugnano in Teverina, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, we sell an apartment complete with furniture located on the ground floor, of 33 square meters with cellar below of 3 square meters, renovated in 2019.

The apartment is located in a historic building overlooking two streets of the village, on one side where there is the entrance is ground floor, on the other side is first floor height, 3 windows. In the historic building we have left the medieval imprint with terracotta floor, ceiling in the large room with wooden beams, walls with soft lines.
