L'entrata della proprietà e' posta sotto un porticato di castagno.

La Valnerina splendida valle in Umbra attraversata dal fiume Nera. Scheggino ha una comunità di circa 500 abitanti. Offre un clima fantastico e tramonti incredibili. I mercati rionali e le cooperative hanno prodotti di estrema qualità detti a chilometro zero (ovvero che non hanno bisogno di viaggiare) e per questo hanno il massimo del gusto, della freschezza come vini, formaggi, carni, frutta, verdura e tartufi. E’ presente in zona centrale anche il Museo del Tartufo “Paolo Urbani”. L’Abbazia di San Pietro in Valle dista circa 10-15 minuti. Le Cascate delle Marmore sono a circa 25 minuti.
