The property Amerina is situated in Umbria, precisely in Acquasparta (Terni), 2km from the toll booth of E45, highway that connects Rome to Perugia (120km from the airport of Rome Fiumicino and 63km from the airport of Perugia – Acquasparta railway station – many bus from Rome and Perugia). It was recently restored and it is completely furnished in a coutry and shabby chic style. Currently it is used as a restaruant and bed and breakfast, with the related permissions.
The structure is situated 350 metres above the sea level, immersed in the greenery of the hills of Umbria in a panoramic position; in the immediate proximity there are the ancient ruins of Carsulae, Spoleto, Todi, Amelia, Orvieto, Terni, Valnerina with the Marmore waterfall, the Medieval hamlets of Narni, Spello, Foligno and Assisi.
