Today the Palazzo is divided into 3 apartments + storages, it is not a condominium, nor protected by the County Board for Art & Culture
What an ALTANA was: Used to be a roof terrace originated in Venice in the 17th century, where they are still very widespread in antique buildings. It is also called "belvedere", being an architectural structure built in the highest part of the palazzo, in order to allow a wide overview and facilitate wide-ranging views. It is important to point out, however, that the altana differs from terraces and balconies because it does not protrude out of the palazzo roof but it on top of the roof

Terzo piano (ca 38mq): ingresso, disimpegno, camera doppia e ampio ripostiglio interno mansardato, bagno. Quarto piano (ca 27mq): scala interna all'unità per accedere all'altana dalle grandi aperture chiuse con vetrate e predisposizione allacci cucina
