The Ascagnano estate consists of a historic cluster of buildings located on a plateau which dominates the entire upper Tiber Valley.

La proprietà è costituita da un nucleo storico di fabbricati situati su un altopiano che domina tutta l’alta Valle del Tevere, e più precisamente da un Castello Medievale (XI secolo), La Villa (1600-1800), una dependance per gli ospiti, una chiesa, una serra, due casali e il parco di circa 3.5 ettari attrezzato che include un paddock, la piscina con gazebo, un campo da tennis e un'area coperta con barbecue.
Il Castello Medievale di 800 mq, conserva tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche dell’epoca ed è collegato alla villa da un tunnel sotterraneo.

Al secondo piano sono destinati servizi e camere da letto.
Nella porzione di giardino antistante l’ingresso principale della villa, si trova una piccola chiesa e una serra affrescata che si affaccia su un giardino all’italiana.
Nel parco, completamente recintato si trovano piante secolari di varie specie (sequoie, cedri, querce, lecci).
Vi si trova una piscina, campo da tennis (pallacanestro), campo da calcetto, area coperta con barbecue e spogliatoi; scuderie con maneggio.
I restanti fabbricati (2000 mq), facenti parte del nucleo storico e situati all’interno del parco, hanno destinazioni diverse, quali alloggi per gli ospiti, casa del custode e della servitù, cantine e depositi.
