2. THE STRUCTURE:

The "Ripa del Pavone" is composed of the ancient peasant farmhouse and adjacent buildings of more recent time, all finely restored and furnished with functionally, ecclesiastical or noble Umbria ancient origin furnitures.
The floor space covers over 1000 sq.m. with the possibility of additional space.

The structure is inside a farm estate of about 8 hectares with 1500 olive trees, over 200 fruit trees, vegetable garden area, the forest boundary and a panoramic exposure / landscaping overlooking on the green hills of rare and singular pleasantness.
