Description
The farmhouse had additions in 1911, but evidence establishes its existence as early as the late seventeenth century, has an area of about 500 square meters, on three levels. The ground floor, large entrance hallway, living room with fireplace and large panoramic windows, to the left the dining room with fireplace and the typical country kitchen with French doors opening onto a covered courtyard and in one corner the typical hearth where an effective thermo-fireplace has been installed, a bathroom and the laundry/boiler room. The second floor, which can also be accessed from the outside via the typical stone staircase has at its center a large living room with fireplace, a bathroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom; a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another double bedroom with sitting room and bathroom. 6 hectares of land surround the house, a part all flat, is kept as a garden, there are about 300 olive trees and a part as forest. Tall cypress trees and a thick hedge of holm oaks surround the house for added privacy. The gravel-wrought driveway is flanked by the cypress trees that hide the house from view, to the right is the area to build the 4x12 swimming pool, the project has already been submitted and approved and the charges paid and the initial excavation made.

Beschreibung
Das Bauernhaus wurde 1911 angebaut, aber es gibt Belege dafür, dass es bereits Ende des 17. Jahrhunderts existierte. Es hat eine Fläche von ca. 500 m², verteilt auf drei Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine große Eingangshalle, ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und großen Panoramafenstern, links das Esszimmer mit Kamin und die typische Landhausküche mit Flügeltüren, die sich zu einem überdachten Hof hin öffnen, und in einer Ecke die typische Feuerstelle, in der ein effizienter Thermokamin installiert wurde, ein Badezimmer und den Wasch-/Kesselraum. Im ersten Stock, der auch von außen über die typische Steintreppe zu erreichen ist, befinden sich ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, ein Bad, ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein Zweibettzimmer; ein zweites Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit Wohnzimmer und Bad. Im Türmchen befinden sich das Arbeitszimmer und ein Badezimmer.
Auf der Rückseite des Haupthauses befindet sich ein zweites Haus von etwa 150 Quadratmetern auf zwei Ebenen, das bis ins Grobe restauriert wurde. Im Erdgeschoss der Wohnbereich mit Küche, Bad, Arbeitszimmer und Wohnzimmer, im ersten Stock 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder.
Zustand der Oberfläche
Das Haupthaus wurde 2003 komplett renoviert und ist sowohl technisch als auch materiell auf dem neuesten Stand; die kontinuierliche Wartung trägt dazu bei, dass das Haus sofort bewohnbar ist. Das zweite Haus ist im Rohbau renoviert.
Außenbereiche
6 Hektar Land umgeben das Haus, ein Teil ganz flach, ist als Garten gehalten, gibt es etwa 300 Olivenbäume und ein Teil ist Wald. Hohe Zypressen und eine dichte Hecke aus Steineichen umgeben das Haus und sorgen für Privatsphäre. Die Kiesauffahrt wird von den Zypressen flankiert, die das Haus verbergen. Rechts befindet sich das Gelände für den Bau des 4x12-Schwimmbeckens, das Projekt wurde bereits vorgestellt und genehmigt und der erste Aushub bezahlt.
Angrenzend an das Haus befindet sich ein großer Hof von etwa 50 Quadratmetern, der von einer Pergola überdacht ist.

La tourelle abrite le bureau et une salle de bain.
À l'arrière de la maison principale se trouve une deuxième maison d'environ 150 mètres carrés sur deux niveaux qui a été restaurée à l'identique. Au rez-de-chaussée, la zone de vie avec la cuisine, la salle de bain, le bureau et le salon, au premier étage, 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain.
Etat de finition
La maison principale a été entièrement rénovée en 2003 avec un tel soin et une telle attention qu'elle est toujours à la pointe de la technologie et des matériaux ; l'entretien continu contribue à rendre la maison immédiatement habitable. La deuxième maison est rénovée dans le brut.
