This impressive complex includes an ancient manor house and an important colonial building which is partly residential. Surrounding the manor house is the park with centuries-old trees not far from the woodland in the northernmost part while the remaining land is of various cultivations, all extended for a total area of about 14 hectares.
The villa stands in the best exposed and protected area of the property and is accessible from the municipal street via a private avenue which branches off to the villa itself until it reaches the surrounding park; the main entrance of the manor house is raised and is accessed by a stone staircase with a double ramp and balustrades.

La villa padronale tardo-medioevale si eleva su due piani fuori terra, oltre al piano sottotetto e al piano seminterrato.
Al piano terra-rialzato comprende le sale da pranzo con annessa la cucina e la dispensa, le stanze di soggiorno e gli ambienti accessori e di servizio, oltre ad una cappella privata con altare, che risulta affrescata internamente.
Il piano primo comprende le camere da letto gli ambienti di servizio e tre salette comunicanti esposte a sud, con affreschi alle pareti ed al soffitto; la saletta centrale da l’accesso alla piccola terrazza antistante.
Completa la proprietà il piano sottotetto interamente destinato a soffitta pur avendo, per la parte a sud, altezza di vani abitabili e il piano seminterrato che comprende vari locali adibiti a cantina, oltre a tre vani abitativi e locali rimessa;
La villa copre una superficie complessiva fra i vari piani di circa 1500 mq.
Il fabbricato colonico, in corpo separato, si eleva anch’esso su due piani fuori terra per la maggior parte adibito a rimessaggio attrezzature rurali ed in minima parte ad uso abitativo, per una superficie complessiva fra i vari piani di circa 500 mq.
