The villa is situated in Via La Salita that connects the flatland to the town centre. It is 800 m long with a medium incline of 10%. The town raises around Monti square, from the noble family that lived here, and is the oldest and most interesting part of Treggiaia.
Excellent position: only 5 km from highway FI-PI-LI. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Volterra, San Gimignano and other beautiful places on the Tuscan hills. In the surroundings you find also Mount Serra, 1000 m high.
