Die erste Etage kann entweder intern oder über eine schöne Außentreppe aus Stein erreicht werden und ist in ein großes zentrales Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, drei Doppelschlafzimmer, von denen zwei über ein eigenes Bad verfügen, und ein drittes Bad unterteilt. Das Bauernhaus wurde auf den Trümmern einer alten Mühle aus dem Jahr 1700 errichtet, die 2008 komplett renoviert wurde.
