We offer a Stone House located on the edge of a small and characteristic village at 500 meters above sea level near the Via Francigena. A few meters away there is a small river that accompanies the days with its relaxing sound.
The farmhouse measures approximately 175 square meters with an independent entrance from a small village road (the parking lot is approximately 80 meters away). It is composed on the street level of an entrance porch, three vaulted woodsheds and a central heating system.
On the ground floor there is a terrace of approximately 40 square meters to which we have access on one side, to the living area consisting of a kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom, closet, study, three bedrooms and two terraces. Il Casale misura circa 175 mq. con ingresso indipendente da stradina di paese (il parcheggio dista circa 80 mt.). E' composta al Piano Strada da Ingresso Porticato, Tre Legnaie voltate e Centrale Termica.
Al Piano Terra da Terrazza di circa 40 mq. a cui abbiamo accesso da un lato, alla parte abitativa composta da Cucina, Sala, Disimpegno, Bagno, Ripostiglio, Studio, Tre Camere e Due Terrazze. Dall'altro lato abbiamo accesso a Tre Cantine voltate. Sul retro altra Legnaia.
L'acqua è collegata ad acquedotto privato di parte del paese, per cui non vi sono spese, solamente le spese della fognatura.
La posizione è molto panoramica.
