Semi-detached houseon three levels, the first one is composed by 5 cellars adjacent to the garden, one of them is used as summer kitchen. Three independent entrances with gates and grates.
The first entrance opens to the master bedroom that is on the upper floor, the other two are in the middle, one of which lead directly to the laundry room. On the middle floor there are a big living room with fireplace, double French door with access to the big terrace with sea view. Kitchen with wood stove, a big storage room, a bedroom used as studio and a very wide bathroom equipped with hydro-massage tub and a separated shower always with hydro-massage. An hallway lead to the laundry room and to the interior wood staircase that guide to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, an hallway from which you can reach to the secondterrace, very panoramic, where there is the gas heating system that can be activated with your smartphone. In the summer, in the garden (fenced) we put a pagoda of 4m x 3m, that cover a dinning table and various beach chairs in case need shadow. The house provides a solar panel for the production of hot water and a satellite dish with 3 independent connections.
