The house its a four floors building with the ground floor and partially the second floor used by members of the family with independent entrances.
The considered apartment is completely independent from the others and its developed for about 140 mq on multiple levels, basically with four floors/levels.
The entrance area it's covered and accessible from the garden.
The it consists on a lower level, accessible with a spiral staircase,
