The apartment is in the typical Tuscan style, with stone arches, brick vaulted high ceiling, recently restored after having been the out-house of the Villa Malaspina opposite. In restoring it to its original form, the floors have terracotta tiles and Vietri hand-painted wall tiles, and Carrara marble window-sill, kitchen surface and window surrounds.
