Die Bäume stammen ursprünglich aus Florentiner Baumschulen und wurden sorgfältig ausgewählt und verpflanzt, um eine harmonische und zeitlose Landschaft zu schaffen.


Im Inneren der Villa sind noch die originalen Dekorationen sowohl außen als auch innen erhalten, die vom Maler Giovanni Maria Pizzurni unter der künstlerischen Leitung von Pietro Ulivi geschaffen wurden. Die Handwerker wurden unter den besten Handwerkern aus Fivizzano, Garfagnana, Pistoiese und Reggello ausgewählt, was von der hohen Qualität der Arbeit zeugt.
