Small but interesting house in a sunny and peaceful medieval village perched on a hill and enjoying beautiful views of the nearby Apennines and the valley. The house was completely restored some 20 years ago and retains many internal architectural features, amongst which arched ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The house is very tastefully furnished and the sale includes much of the existing furniture allowing the successful purchaser immediate occupation and comfort. Access is via a courtyard (shared ownership) and on entering you find the kitchen, dining room and large area used as living room with a stunning fireplace, and from which there is access to the large terrace.
