This property consisting of a stone house to be restored with a garden in front is located in the ancient village of Montale, in the Municipality of Comano, in the verdant Lunigiana, in northern Tuscany. Cancello in ferro a cui si accede alla piccola corte privata su cui troviamo due portoni di ingresso: uno per entrare nella casa e l'altro per accedere a due ambienti rustici che l'architetto Mori ha immaginato come possibile tavernetta con depoito e degustazione vino.
Entrando dal portone della casa troviamo: soggiorno con scale di accesso al piano superiore, cucina con accesso all'ampia terrazza panoramica, ampia veranda con vetrate ultra panoramiche, ampio locale dove è stato ricavato un disimpegno con angolo caldaia e un amipo bagno completo.
Dalla veranda si accede alle scale esterne che scendono al livello inferiore dove troviamo due ampie cantine e l'ampio giardino di mq 2700 pianeggiante nella parte superiore e poi terrazzato. Nel giardino ci sono alcuni castagni secolari e c'è lo spazio per la costruzione di una piscina.
Tornando al piano superiore, salendo le scale nel soggiorno si accede all'ultimo livello dove troviamo due camere, un bagno, un balcone che termina con una grande terrazza soleggiata e con vista panoramica.
