This is a renovated rural house which is part of an outpost of the ancient castle of Moneta (Carrara). Over time, an apartment has been put in communication with an underlying cellar of the same size through a beautiful spiral staircase of fine wood. It is accessed by a small condominium square that remains adjacent to the parking area. It has two main entrances: one on the courtyard level and one on the lower floor which is accessed via a private external staircase.
