HISTORICAL VILLA

House situated at about 2,50 mts from the sea in Marina di Carrara ( Tuscany), only a few kms far from Versilia. It is composed of three floors of 150 square mts each. The first two floors are completely renovated whlie the third one is a mansarded attic that can easily be restructured. The roof and the painting of the house were completely renovated in 2014. The garden around the house of more than 1000 mt and it is partly paved and so well liveable. On one side of the garden there is a structure which can be used as a garage and the street leading to it can be used as a comfortable parking for more than one car. The garden is isolated by  walls covered with high vegetation.
The frames of the windows and the small balcony of the second fllor are made of Carrara marble.
The house is situated between the sea and the mountains: the Apuan Alps and there are beautiful cities and towns near it such as: Pisa, Lucca, Florence, S,gimignano etc.... and, ,on the side of Liguria,  Lerici, Porto Venere and the famous Cinque Terre.... .
