Small Tuscan farmhouse with great charme, immersed in the greenery of a centuries-old olive grove and overlooking the blue of our sea. It spreads out on two floors with a large panoramic terrace. It was restored with a refined Italian style and it is in good maintenance condition.
It is situated on the hill above Pietrasanta, city of the artists, in an excellent position because it boasts a breathtaking panoramic view on the sea, even if is only 2 km from the city centre.
It is composed of: kitchen-dining room, terrace of about 50 sqm; living room-bedroom, large basement room and two bathrooms.
It is a Tuscan farmhouse with the typical stone walls and the roof with cotto tiles. The wooden window fixtures were painted in light blue. The floors are made of old cotto tiles while the walls have exposed stones.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a courtyard that allows to live outdoor. From the dining room you can go on the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the marvellous sea view, comfortably sitting aroung a big wooden table, under a wisteria coloured umbrella. On one side of the house you find a lovely yard in front of the living room. On the other side there is a stone staircase that leads to the street.
The first meters of the olive grove were transformed into a hanging garden. The wonderful stone walls surround the well-tended garden planted with scented citrus trees, strawberry trees and myrtles.
