2间卧室房屋, 80 m²

佩斯卡利亚, 卢卡 (省)

Perched above the countryside, it opens onto a spellbinding panorama over the Plain of Lucca, where changing light, distant church towers, and rolling fields create a view that feels almost painterly. It is the kind of outlook that slows time and invites long evenings spent watching the sun dissolve into the horizon.
The home is set in Gello, a small and authentic Tuscan village with deep rural roots. For centuries, this area served as a quiet agricultural settlement linking Pisa to the spa town of San Giuliano Terme, and it remains steeped in the rhythms of traditional village life. Just 4 km from Pisa and 2 km from San Giuliano Terme, Gello offers a rare balance: peaceful seclusion with cultural treasures, thermal baths, and daily amenities close at hand. The surrounding countryside and nearby Puccini Museum echo the landscapes that inspired one of Italy’s greatest composers.
One of the most reassuring aspects of this restoration is its simplicity: the property is a flying freehold, with a fully restored home above, meaning the roof is already taken care of — allowing the focus to remain on creativity rather than structural concern.
Arranged over two levels, the building tells its story quietly. The lower floor still bears the soul of its past as a stable, with authentic features waiting to be gently revealed and celebrated. Above, the former living quarters of the country folk retain original fireplaces, where one can easily imagine winter evenings warmed by firelight, conversation, and the scent of wood smoke.
Set within a popular and welcoming village, this is an easy, contained restoration — a project driven more by imagination than by complexity. It is a place to restore slowly and lovingly, respecting its heritage while shaping a personal Tuscan retreat.
As an agency, we are able to accompany you on the journey from dream to reality, guiding the restoration from A to Z with trusted local artisans and craftsmen who understand both the history of these buildings and the romance they hold.
A rare opportunity to create a home where history, beauty, and view come together in quiet harmony.
