Sono composto al piano terra da giardino sul lato sud ed est, resede sul lato frontale dalla quale si entra in casa. Ho un ampio ingresso, la sala da pranzo con cucinotto, due soggiorni di cui uno con camino e camera con bagno personale. Al piano primo abbiamo un disimpegno, quattro camere, un bagnetto ed un terrazzo, oltre soffitta sottotetto.
Sono abbastanza grande perché ho una superficie commerciale di circa 285 mq. La casa ha una superficie lorda di circa 230 mq., le cantine ed il forno di circa 110 mq. e la resede e giardino di circa 1370 mq.
Al piano seminterrato raggiungibile da scale interne ho quattro vani uso cantina. Con accesso solo dall'esterno ho un'altra cantina con volta in pietra e forno a legna.
Ho anche un bel giardino fronte strada, dove potrai parcheggiare comodamente, coltivare fiori o semplicemente rilassarti sotto l'ombra di un albero, ascoltando il canto degli uccelli.
