The restaurant, managed directly by the owner, offers typical cuisine of Tuscany and the Mugello region using seasonal ingredients and products of the farm and local territory.
The farm is a certified organic producer with annual compensation for organic producers.

The charming Borgo del Mugello is located in a remote spot far from pollution, traffic and the frenetic pace of the cities.
