10间卧室农舍, 600 m²

巴尼奥-阿里波利, 佛罗伦萨 (省)

Set in the hills of Bagno a Ripoli, in a panoramic, secluded and peaceful location where the motorway is neither visible nor audible, whilst still being close to a well-organised town centre. This beautiful farmhouse, with very ancient origins dating back to the 11th century, has been gradually modified over time to suit the needs of its inhabitants, eventually taking on its current Leopoldine-style appearance, complete with a lovely loggia and an adjoining barn. The farmhouse measures approximately 400 square metres and can easily be divided into two units. The delightful barn, with its own separate entrance, is spread over two floors covering approximately 200 square metres and enjoys an unrivalled view stretching as far as the city of Florence. The entire property is situated on the crest of a hill, set amongst approximately one hectare of land planted with olive trees. The property has its own well. In both buildings, the roofs have been re-thatched, the floors reinforced and other maintenance work carried out; however, the restoration work still needs to be completed.
