Sansepolcro (Arezzo), one of the most characteristic and interesting hamlets of Tuscany, native land of Piero della Francesca here it is possible to admire his masterpiece: “Resurrection” and others.
The property, dating back to 1300s, is medieval and is located in the historical center. The house consists of 300 sq.m. It is in good condition, but needs to be restored. There is the possibility to realize bedrooms and bathrooms depending on your own need.

It will be possible to realize a covered terrace with view towards both to the historical center and to the surrounding hills.The picture of this property, for its historic-artistic interest, has been inserted in this volume “milleaannialmondo,milleancora...” published on the occasion of the foundation anniversary of the city of Sansepolcro.
The volume has been given to the Pope Benedetto XVI, following his visit for this event. The Vatican Secretariat of State expresses is thanks to the Mayor, with a letter, for the gift received.
