Lovely detached house on two levels with wide veranda on the ground floor and small delightful veranda on the upper floor. The property is situated in Casuzze, near Punta di Mola, in a well-served area, really close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the coast. Furthermore the proximity to Marina di Ragusa and the fantastic landscape of its tourist harbour makes it even more fascinating. You can easily reach it by bike with the cyle path or you can visit some interesting prestigious places (Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Noto etc.) in the surroundings. The magical locations of Montalbano (famous for the TV series “Inspector Montalbano”) and the wonderful sea of Punta Secca are really near.
In the surroundings of the house you find both the essential facilities (out-of-hours service doctor, pharmacy, newsstand, tobacco shop, marketplace, hairdresser, supermarkets, fish shop, grocery) and the good food in the several restaurants, pizzerias, take-away.
The ground floor is composed of a living room with kitchenette and access to a broom closet/pantry, a double bedroom and a single one, plus a third smaller room with a functional courtyard that could be used in Winter as storage for sea tools and bikes, etc. and a bathroom.
The veranda boasts a stonework kitchen with wood oven, a large table made of iron and majolicas, an understairs closet, a laundry with bathroom and outdoor shower. The interiors were restored in 2010.
The upper floor connected by external staircase comprises a small independent functioning apartment composed of a wide kitchen with access on a veranda and a spacious double bedroom with annexed bathroom.
