In the heart of the Baroque area, few steps from the Unesco historical monuments, located between a cool and exciting pedestrian street and a road suitable to park the car, the house is composed of two small apartments. One was already used as holiday home.
Enchanting stone house on three levels with elegant finishes. The first and the second level have stone walls. It is cool and comfortable, perfect to enjoy the peace and the charm of the typical old houses. Fascinating sight. Pleasant place of every guest and resident of the house!
The apartment that spreads out on the first and second level includes a kitchen equipped with oven and microwave. It has all the necessary to spent a comfortable holiday. There is a small fridge, a sink in the bedroom and a private bathroom with shower.
The other apartment is on the second level and can be reached by car. It is composed of a kitchenette, a living/dining room, a bathroom, a broom closet, a hall and a bedroom. The furniture was almost entirely handmade by local artisans, so the hall, the bathroom and the kitchen boast unique pieces. The entrance is decorated on the outside by caper bushes.

The property is situated a few steps from the historic centre of Ibla. It is situated in Santa Maria delle Scale, along the spectacular staircase that connects the upper and the lower part of Ragusa with a breathtaking view on the Baroque area of the city.
