Detached house on three floors situated in a unique position in the town centre of Santa Marina on the island of Salina. Panoramic terrace with view of Lipari, Stromboli, Panarea and Sicily.
It is composed of 3 independent entrances, so it allows the guests to enjoy their privacy, even if it isn't so big.
It was completely restored in 2000; it is earthquake proof and it has a water tank of 5000 litres.
It respects all the standards of the Aeolian architecture till the smallest details; it is a gem nestled in the splendid jewel that is the village of Santa Marina.
On the right there is Stromboli and on the left there is the Etna; both make the view unique and wonderful.

The island of Salina
Etimology: the island was named "Didyme" (twins) because of its two mountains which look like twins.
Origin: Volcanic. The most recent eruption on Salina occured on the Western part of the island about 13000 years ago.
The island is what is left from six ancient volcanos and it has got the first and the third highest peak in the archipelago:
- Monte Fossa delle Felci: 962 m above sea level
- Monte dei Porri: 860 m above sea level
They have the typical conic shape.
Santa Marina is the main port of the island. Walk along the seafront looking at the beautiful landscape.
Wander along the high street looking at the typical architecture boutiques and many stalls offering typical craftmanship.
Swim in the sea from one of the various beaches you can find along the sea-front.
Have dinner in the restaurant in the area.
