Period building of 1916 situated in the historic centre of Villanova Monteleone, a village near Alghero.
The house spreads out on 4 levels: the rooms on the ground floor overlook the garden and could be used to start a business activity. There is also a garage and other two rooms overlooking the garden. The upper floors have a surface of about 80 sqm each and the first floor includes a wide terrace of 60 sqm. The exterior of the house was restored in 2003: insulation of the roof and the walls and gutters. Furthermore we restored the facades, the original wooden fixtures and we insulated the terrace on the first floor. The building needs an interior renovation (plaster, electrical system, water system and heating) according to the use. It could be divided into two or more housing solutions.

For this reason the view of the Alghero's gulf is beautiful. Driving for 18 km you can meet the beautiful Poglina beatch, one of th best surf spot of the island.
