We are selling a quiet flat on the first floor in the centre ‘storico’ in Via Carducci, Santa Teresa Gallura with a very nice view of the harbour.
On the same level there is another flat and one in the basement.
You enter the flat through a small hallway and find yourself in the living room, from which a spacious kitchen leads off. From the living room, a small corridor leads to the adjoining rooms, which consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and window. Air conditioning provides the heat. The international airport ‘Costa Smeralda’ and the harbours of Olbia and Golfo Aranci with year-round ferries to Italy are about 60 km away. From the harbour of Santa Teresa Gallura there are daily connections to Corsica and the port of Bonifacio.

Die Via Carducci ist eine Sackgasse und absolut ruhig. Trotzdem sind es nur einige Schritte bis zum Stadtzentrum.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich auch der Yachthafen von Santa Teresa Gallura. Der schöne Strand des Stadtzentrums, Rena Bianca, ist ca. 1 km entfernt, während die Strände von Capo Testa, Baia S. Reparata, La Marmorata und Porto Quadro, um nur einige zu nennen, in einem Umkreis von 3-5 km liegen.
Der internationale Flughafen „Costa Smeralda“ und die Häfen von Olbia und Golfo Aranci mit ganzjährig verkehrenden Fähren nach Italien sind etwa 60 km entfernt. Vom Hafen von Santa Teresa Gallura gibt es täglich Verbindungen nach Korsika zum Hafen von Bonifacio.
