Surrounded by nature, the Masseria, renovated according to traditional Salento architectural criteria, has been divided into apartments and the property is managed as a condominium of 11 units.
Each apartment is completely independent and has an exclusive-use pergola.
In the common areas there is a large 12m x 12m swimming pool, a spacious vaulted hall serving as a clubhouse, two parking areas, and a tree-lined garden.
The first apartment is on the ground floor, at the rear of the Masseria, offering an open view over the large garden. Carefully renovated with elegant details, it is arranged as a studio apartment with bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchenette, and a separate space for a single bed or to be used as a study.
The second apartment is laid out on two levels: on the ground floor there is a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The staircase leads to the upper level with a second bedroom. This unit also has a pergola with a dining table set in the greenery of the garden.
The apartments are equipped with hot/cold split air-conditioning. The property offers privacy; the condominium regulations have been drawn up to ensure great respect for the common areas and the guests’ peace and quiet. The apartments are mainly income-producing through seasonal rentals or used by the owners for short stays.
They can be purchased together, but cannot be internally combined.

Die erste Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss auf der Rückseite der Masseria und bietet einen freien Blick auf den weitläufigen Garten. Sorgfältig renoviert und mit eleganten Details, präsentiert sie sich als Studio-Apartment mit Bad, Ankleideraum, Kochnische und einem separaten Bereich für ein Einzelbett oder als Arbeitszimmer.
Die zweite Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Wohnbereich mit Kochnische, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Bad. Über die Treppe gelangt man in das Obergeschoss mit einem zweiten Schlafzimmer. Auch diese Einheit verfügt über eine Pergola mit Esstisch, eingebettet in das Grün des Gartens.
Die Apartments sind mit Split-Klimaanlagen (warm/kalt) ausgestattet. Die Anlage bietet Privatsphäre; die Hausordnung wurde erstellt, um den Gemeinschaftsbereichen und der Ruhe der Gäste größtmöglichen Respekt zu sichern. Die Apartments werden überwiegend für saisonale Vermietungen genutzt oder von den Eigentümern für kurze Aufenthalte verwendet.
Möglichkeit, sie gemeinsam zu erwerben, sie können jedoch nicht intern miteinander verbunden werden.

Immersa dans la nature, la Masseria, rénovée selon les critères traditionnels de l’architecture du Salento, a été divisée en appartements et la structure est gérée comme une copropriété de 11 appartements.
Chaque appartement est entièrement indépendant et bénéficie d’une pergola à usage exclusif.
Dans les espaces communs, on trouve une grande piscine de 12 m x 12 m, une vaste salle voûtée faisant office de club-house, deux parkings et un jardin arboré.
Le premier appartement se situe au rez-de-chaussée, à l’arrière de la Masseria, offrant une vue dégagée sur le grand jardin. Rénové avec soin et des détails élégants, il se présente comme un studio avec salle de bains, dressing, kitchenette et un espace séparé pour un lit simple ou à utiliser comme bureau.
Le deuxième appartement est aménagé sur deux niveaux : au rez-de-chaussée, on trouve un espace de vie avec coin cuisine, une chambre double et une salle de bains. L’escalier mène à l’étage avec une seconde chambre. Cette unité dispose également d’une pergola avec table à manger, au cœur de la verdure du jardin.
Les appartements sont équipés de climatiseurs split chaud/froid. La structure offre de l’intimité ; le règlement de copropriété a été rédigé afin de garantir un grand respect des espaces communs et de la tranquillité des hôtes. Les appartements sont principalement destinés à la location saisonnière ou utilisés par les propriétaires pour de courts séjours.
