Delightful detached house in the historic center of Nardo, an elegant town located a few steps from the Ionio Sea. The house is located a few meters from the Gothic cathedral and other baroque churches. The surprising Piazza Salandra can be reached in two minutes of pleasant walk in the ancient and charming village, full of typical and cheerful shops. Through a short cycle tour (about 5 km) you reach the nature reserve of Portselvaggio. The house was built in the late 1800s and has been recently renovated paying close attention to the energy efficiency and healthiness of the home environment thanks to the use of high quality materials. The thermal insulation of the walls and the excellent fixtures allow you to enjoy a fairly constant temperature, cool during the summer and warm during the winter. For this reason the use of heating and cooling sources is limited.
