Fascinating historical palace of 600 sqm built in 1900 in the heart of Gallipoli. The palace, laid out in an angular shape, is composed as follows: On the lower floor there is a large entrance hall with rooms, stone floors and star vaults typical of the period. As can be seen in the photos, the lower part is currently rented to a renowned architectural office, while a small room is used as a clothing shop. From here, a staircase leads to the main floor, where there is an entrance hall, a living room with an open veranda, two kitchens with a pantry, one of which is brick with a fireplace, typical of the period, four bedrooms facing the street and two bathrooms. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, ist der untere Teil derzeit an ein renommiertes Architekturbüro vermietet, während ein kleiner Raum als Bekleidungsgeschäft genutzt wird. Von hier aus führt eine Treppe in das Hauptgeschoss, wo sich eine Eingangshalle, ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Veranda, zwei Küchen mit Speisekammer, eine davon gemauert mit einem Kamin, typisch für die damalige Zeit, vier Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin und zwei Bäder befinden. Eine interne Steintreppe führt zur Sonnenterrasse, von der aus man das Meer bewundern kann. Das gesamte Gebäude zeichnet sich durch gewölbte Decken aus, während alle Fußböden aus der Zeit stammen. In jedem Raum kann man die verschiedenen Dekorationen bewundern, darunter die Zugangstreppe, die Einrichtungsgegenstände und die preiswerte Küche, die die Zeit anhalten und den Augen der Fans des Genres Momente des gelebten Lebens schenken.
