The country house, of 120 square meters, is in a quiet and panoramic position, not far from Corato.
Pines flank the road leading to the house and the area is surrounded by olive groves.

The small villa has been completely refurbished and expanded in 2008. The forepart dates back to 1800. It is over one level but a cute spiral staircase takes to the terrace through another small attic.

The main entrance leads into the living area that consists of the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen and the dining room; A long library separates the living area from the sleeping one, that consists of two bedrooms (one with bathroom) and a bathroom.

Three porches connect the house with the green and enjoyable olive grove.
It has about 8500 square meters of private land with about 100 young olive trees.

There are many beautiful places in the surroundings, in particular Castel del Monte and the Murgia park in the hinterland, Trani and Molfetta with the cathedrals and the wonderful beaches and the amazing beaches of Bisceglie.
