In the neighbourhood of Biganzolo, on the first hills of Verbania, in a quiet and sunny position but not far from the city centre and the lake, we offer a beautiful lake-view Villa in perfect condition with park, swimming pool and characteristic pond.
Once past the main entrance, a long stone-paved driveway leads to the Villa and the partially covered parking area as well as the garage with automatic door. Walking along the avenue, one can admire the well-kept park, rich in valuable plants. There are in fact an ancient olive tree over 500 years old, a majestic camphor tree, palm trees, flowering and fruit trees and shrubs, flowerbeds and large flat lawn areas. Finally, valuable tall trees surround a small naturalised pond stocked with spring water with large and rare specimens of Japanese carp.
The property dates back to the 1960s. In the 1990s, it underwent a complete renovation. In 2020, it was again renovated and extended.

Wenn man die Allee entlang geht, kann man den gepflegten Park bewundern, der reich an wertvollen Pflanzen ist. So gibt es einen über 500 Jahre alten Olivenbaum, einen majestätischen Kampferbaum, Palmen, blühende und fruchttragende Bäume und Sträucher, Blumenbeete und große ebene Rasenflächen. Schließlich umgeben wertvolle hohe Bäume einen kleinen natürlichen Teich, der mit Quellwasser gefüllt ist und in dem große und seltene Exemplare japanischer Karpfen leben.
Das Anwesen stammt aus den 1960er Jahren. In den 1990er Jahren wurde es komplett renoviert. Im Jahr 2020 wurde es erneut renoviert und erweitert.
Im Erdgeschoss der Villa ist ein großer offener Raum mit Glasfenstern. Diese Etage besteht daher aus einem ursprünglichen Design Küche offen zum Wohnzimmer mit einem doppelseitigen Kamin, Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Flur, Keller und überdachte Terrassen auf zwei Seiten. Insbesondere gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den See und den Garten, die mit einem Grill, einem Pizzaofen und einem Esstisch ausgestattet ist.

Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer mit einer herrlichen Terrasse, von der aus man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See hat, ein Schlafzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse und schließlich einen großen Dachboden/Abstellraum.
Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein beheizter Infinity-Pool mit Edelsteinverkleidung und Solariumbereich.
Schließlich gibt es ein großes Gebäude für die Lagerung von Werkzeugen in einem separaten Körper, Boccia-Platz, Quellwasser mit Zisterne (10.000 l) für die Gartenbewässerung.
