Heute bezeichnet der Name das hier zum Verkauf angebotene Landgut in der Nähe von Murazzano in den Hohen Langhe. Eine ruhige, von eindrucksvollen Linden gesäumte Asphaltstraße von wenigen hundert Metern Länge führt zur Liegenschaft. Das erste Gebäude, dem man begegnet, ist die Garage mit einem geräumigen Abstellraum und dem darüberliegenden ehemaligen Heuboden, der nunmehr zur Herstellung von Essig genutzt wird. Die verfügbare Fläche kann nach entsprechenden Änderungen zu Wohnzwecken genutzt werden.
