A magical place, where the atmosphere of the past has remained intact. Immersed in lush, unspoilt nature, in the hills between the Langa and Monferrato, we propose this stone farmhouse, once a small farm, at the end of a country lane that reaches this enchanted place.
The house has an L-shaped plan. The basement consists of a cellar, a storeroom with a barrel vault in local stone, and 2 further storerooms.
On the mezzanine floor, accessible by a stone staircase, we have an entrance to a habitable kitchen, an archway leading to a living room through which we access a bedroom and a corridor leading to a bathroom with shower and a further bedroom.
Everything has been tastefully renovated, respecting the authenticity of the place, without too invasive interventions.
The floors are ceramic and larch in the sleeping area. the windows are double-glazed wood, the heating is by means of a stove and fireplace, both wood-burning.
The roof has recently been redone with new wooden beams and covering in 'Marseille' tiles.

I pavimenti sono in ceramica ed in larice nella zona notte. le finestre sono il legno doppio vetro, il riscaldamento a mezzo di stufa e camino, entrambi a legna.
Il tetto è stato rifatto recentemente con travatura di legno nuova e copertura in tegole "marsigliesi".

Ein magischer Ort, an dem die Atmosphäre der Vergangenheit intakt geblieben ist. Inmitten einer üppigen, unberührten Natur, in den Hügeln zwischen der Langa und dem Monferrato, schlagen wir dieses Bauernhaus aus Stein vor, das einst ein kleiner Bauernhof war und am Ende einer Landstraße liegt, die diesen verzauberten Ort erreicht.
Das Haus hat einen L-förmigen Grundriss. Das Untergeschoss besteht aus einem Keller, einem Lagerraum mit einem Tonnengewölbe aus lokalem Stein und 2 weiteren Lagerräumen.
Im Zwischengeschoss, das über eine Steintreppe zu erreichen ist, gibt es einen Eingang zu einer bewohnbaren Küche, einen Bogengang, der zu einem Wohnzimmer führt, durch das man ein Schlafzimmer und einen Flur erreicht, der zu einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einem weiteren Schlafzimmer führt.
Alles ist geschmackvoll renoviert worden, wobei die Authentizität des Ortes respektiert wurde, ohne zu sehr in das Haus einzugreifen.
Die Fußböden sind aus Keramik und Lärche im Schlafbereich. Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast, die Heizung erfolgt über einen Ofen und einen Kamin, beide mit Holz befeuert.
Das Dach wurde vor kurzem mit neuen Holzbalken und Deckung in Marseille" Fliesen erneuert.

Au cur d'une nature luxuriante et intacte, dans les collines entre la Langa et le Monferrato, nous vous proposons cette ferme en pierre, qui était autrefois une petite exploitation agricole, au bout d'un chemin de campagne qui mène à ce lieu enchanteur.
La maison a un plan en L. Le sous-sol se compose d'une cave, d'un cellier avec une voûte en berceau en pierre locale et de deux autres celliers.
Sur la mezzanine, accessible par un escalier en pierre, on trouve une entrée vers une cuisine habitable, une arche menant à un salon par lequel on accède à une chambre et un couloir menant à une salle de bains avec douche et à une autre chambre.
Tout a été rénové avec goût, en respectant l'authenticité du lieu, sans interventions trop invasives.
Les sols sont en céramique et en mélèze dans la partie nuit. Les fenêtres sont en bois à double vitrage, le chauffage est assuré par un poêle et une cheminée, tous deux à bois.
Le toit a été récemment refait avec de nouvelles poutres en bois et une couverture en tuiles de Marseille.
