L'accesso alla proprietà è attraverso strada sterrata che ci porta fin dall'ingresso automatizzato di casa con cancello carrabile e cancelletto pedonale.
Il vialetto carrabile ci porta con l'auto ad un'area parcheggio e da qui con selciato in pietra raggiungiamo il fronte casa con grande piscina interrata con ampio bordo pavimentato per sdraio, ombrelloni e area doccia.
La base del fabbricato è un antico casale dell'800 e la ristrutturazione ha preservato i materiali originali al meglio facendo in modo che legno, pietra e mattoni antichi ne mettessero in evidenza il carattere e l'autenticità.
Entriamo al piano terreno su un ingresso con un grande tavolo, da qui accediamo a zona soggiorno con caminetto (attivabile da remoto per trovare la casa calda all'arrivo) e voltini in mattoni pieni, da qui passiamo ad un salone (ex fienile) con ampia porta finestra e soppalco. Sempre al piano terreno una cucina da rivista, in muratura, con tozzetti in marmo rosso verona e botticino e mobili ricercati ed ove spicca la "stufa della nonna" in versione moderna, con fuochi a gas, forno e zona per il fuoco a legna.
Dalla cucina possiamo uscire al di sotto di una tettoia, con pilastri in pietra, ben sfruttabile anche nelle giornate fredde in quanto chiudibile con serramenti in ferro battuto (anch'essi opera di un artigiano locale).

Esternamente troviamo ancora un pozzo di acqua sorgente ristrutturato in pietra, una bellissima zona conviviale con forno a legna, piano d'appoggio, barbecue e fuochi, area dispensa e cantinetta, qui, al di sotto di una bellissima pergola si può cenare all'aperto in famiglia e con gli amici, il tutto in un terreno di oltre 17.000 mq, recintato, curato, con siepi e alberi da frutta e con illuminazione con lampioncini.

Der Zugang zum Grundstück erfolgt über eine unbefestigte Straße, die uns zum automatischen Eingang des Hauses mit Einfahrtstor und Fußgängertor führt.
Die Zufahrt führt mit dem Auto zu einem Parkplatz und von dort gelangen wir über einen gepflasterten Weg zur Vorderseite des Hauses mit einem großen eingelassenen Swimmingpool mit großzügigem gepflastertem Rand für Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und einen Duschbereich.
