About 25 km to the beaches near Marotta, between Fano and Senigallia.
Condition:
The artist's house is in good condition and immediately habitable. During minor renovations (e.g., new shutters, partial conversion of the ground floor, installation of a guest bathroom and central heating) care was taken to preserve the original charm of the building. Some of the typical wooden beam ceilings, a large fireplace, terrazzo and mattoni flooring and other small details are still present. The house is suitable as a permanent residence as well as a holiday home. Since the building has two internal staircases, it would also be possible to divide it into two apartments.

Das Haus ist sowohl als Dauerwohnsitz als auch als Ferienhaus geeignet. Da das Gebäude über zwei Innentreppen verfügt, wäre auch eine Aufteilung in zwei Wohnungen denkbar.
