The house is close to the town of Stella di Monsampolo (200 meters), near the Salaria street. It is situated on a plateau, higher than the town, so that the view extends over the surrounding countryside. About 9 km towards the east there is the seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto known as 'Riviera delle Palme', 20 km west you find the historic town of Ascoli Piceno and proceeding westwards the Sibillini mountains.
The farm includes the flat and cultivated land of 13 hectares, of medium texture with irrigation system.
The farmhouse has the typical layout of this territory: two floors, a rectangular shape and external staircase. It has undergone a partial restoration mainly aimed at strengthening and consolidating the entire structure. Works of consolidation of the foundations, of the external walls, and the insulation of the ground floor were carried out. The roof is new with tiles, sheath and thermal insulation. The renovation must be completed with floors, interior plasters, systems and fixtures. The first floor is divided into 10 rooms and the ground floor in 4 large rooms.
The renovation project, not completed, involved the creation of 4 residential units. In fact, the house lends itself to be divided into two or more units and is suitable to be shared among several families. The house is surrounded by a large garden which separates it from the farmland.
