Der terrassierte Garten führt hinab zum See und birgt sein Herzstück: den Poolbereich. Ein Whirlpool-Schwimmbecken, geschützt durch Glaspaneele, inmitten von Rasen, blühenden Hecken und Palmen. Hier spielen die Kinder im Wasser, hier entspannt man in der Sonne auf der Liege im Pavillon, und hier genießt man den Aperitif mit Blick auf den See. Ein Stück Urlaub im eigenen Zuhause.
Das Haus erstreckt sich über drei Ebenen. Der Wohnbereich ist um das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin angelegt, in dem große Fenster den See einrahmen. Eine überdachte Terrasse mit Holzdecke und Esstisch öffnet das Haus zur Landschaft. Die Schlafzimmer haben Holzdecken und Balken, eines öffnet sich auf einen Balkon mit Seeblick. Ein Arbeitszimmer, vier Badezimmer und zwei Küchen vervollständigen die Räume. Darunter befindet sich ein Keller, der zum Teil in den Fels gehauen ist.
Ein gepflasterter Patio zum Essen im Freien, eine Umzäunung, ein elektrisches Tor und Außenbeleuchtung runden das Anwesen ab. Ein Haus in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, für alle, die den See mit seiner ganzen Ruhe suchen.
