This house has a magical location, near the village of Testico with a breathtaking view and on the south side of a hill. Once the cottage was a small farmhouse, but in 1983 it was expanded and renovated in Provencal style. The property is located at the end of Via Poggio Bottaro and the road to it is asphalted. On the north side of the house there is space for two or three vehicles and there is also the main entrance. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a bright living room with dining area and a veranda. The living room has a wood stove and air conditioning.
