The romantic 70 sqm nest consists of three well-distributed rooms: located 50 meters below the complex, near the bright shared pool.
A spacious and versatile entrance, also usable as a guest room with a foldaway bed, leads to a bright living room with kitchenette and scenic wood-burning fireplace, positioned beside the French door with a spectacular view of the greenery. The door opens onto a terrace equipped with a barbecue, mini pizza oven, and furnishings for your starry dinners.
The bathroom, convenient to the guest room, features a shower and suspended sanitary ware.
The cellar on the same level houses a new condensing boiler.

Massimino è un piccolo comune montano sparso in provincia di Savona, caratterizzato da una bassa popolazione e un paesaggio immerso nella natura delle Alpi Liguri. E' uno dei comuni meno popolati della provincia di Savona, noto per la sua tranquillità e i suoi panorami suggestivi, ideali per gli amanti del trekking e del relax.

Nel cuore di un affascinante borgo medievale, proponiamo un trilocale unico nel suo genere, frutto di un sapiente restauro conservativo di antichi ruderi in pietra. L'abitazione unisce il fascino del passato con il comfort moderno, regalando un'atmosfera autentica e accogliente.
All'esterno, il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Il piccolo trilocale si affaccia su un cortile lastricato in pietra, circondato da muretti a secco e alberi che lo proteggono come un nido fra gli alberi.
Lanterne in ferro battuto punteggiano il vialetto, regalando una luce calda nelle sere d'estate. Oggetti d'epoca, botti in legno, vecchie carrucole e utensili contadini decorano gli angoli, evocando memorie di un passato autentico.

Un ampio e versatile ingresso ci accoglie, utilizzabile anche come cameretta per ospiti dotata di letto a scomparsa per la notte e mobile ingresso di giorno, conduce ad un luminoso soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto a legna scenografico, oserei dire con vista, perché è posizionato di fianco alla porta finestra, con vista spettacolare sul verde, che conduce ad un terazzino attrezzato con barbecue dotato di mini forno per pizze e arredato per le vostre cenette sotto le stelle.
Il bagno è comodo alla cameretta per gli ospiti, dotato di doccia con sanitari sospesi.
La cantina molto comoda al piano, ospita la caldaia a condensazione nuova.
La piscina, 16 metri per 8 metri dalla forma tondeggiante e allungata, si distende armoniosamente tra il verde rigoglioso del comprensorio, come un laghetto moderno scolpito nel paesaggio. Le sue curve morbide evocano quiete e raffinatezza, invitando a immergersi in un'atmosfera di puro benessere.
Non è solo un luogo dove nuotare, ma un'esperienza sensoriale: il riflesso dell'acqua danza tra le fronde degli alberi, mentre il profilo sinuoso della vasca crea angoli riservati e accoglienti, perfetti per rilassarsi in totale privacy.

Massimino est une petite commune montagneuse de la province de Savone, caractérisée par une faible population et un paysage immergé dans la nature des Alpes Ligures. C'est l'un des villages les moins peuplés de la province, réputé pour sa tranquillité et ses panoramas enchanteurs, idéals pour les amateurs de randonnée et de détente.

Au cur d'un charmant village médiéval, nous proposons un appartement trois pièces unique en son genre, fruit d'une restauration conservatrice d'anciennes ruines en pierre. L'habitation allie le charme du passé au confort moderne, offrant une atmosphère authentique et chaleureuse.
À l'extérieur, le temps semble s'être arrêté. Le petit appartement donne sur une cour pavée de pierres, entourée de murets en pierres sèches et d'arbres qui l'enveloppent comme un nid.
Des lanternes en fer forgé jalonnent l'allée, diffusant une lumière chaude lors des soirées d'été. Des objets d'époque, des tonneaux en bois, des poulies anciennes et des outils agricoles décorent les coins, évoquant un passé authentique.
