A few minutes from the village of Mallare, in a green and peaceful setting, with access from a road that is unpaved in the last part, we offer a detached house on one level with 8.5 hectares of land, mostly wooded. The area is known for its mountain bike trails surrounded by nature and for the presence of the characteristic Santuario dell'Eremita (Hermit's Sanctuary), a historic and panoramic destination in the Ligurian hinterland. The house has functioning systems dating back to the last renovation, a roof with wooden trusses and tiles, and perimeter brick walls. It has wood-burning heating, spring water and a septic tank (to be verified). Behind the house is an additional two-storey stone building, approximately 50/60 square metres in size, used for storage.
