An approx. 20 m2 utility room is also part of this terrace and offers convenient storage space for garden furniture. An exterior staircase leads to the sun terrace above with stunning panoramic views.
The house is in well looked after condition and ready to move into. The entire electricity was updated in 2016; in 2017 the exterior was renovated and all shutters replaced. A modern gas central heating system installed in 2021 keeps the house comfortably warm during the cooler months of the year.

The coastal resorts Bordighera and Ventimiglia are only a 15 minute drive down the road; Sanremo and Monaco are 35 resp. 45 minutes away.
