Esistono delle posizioni che sembrano incredibili, in Liguria.
Questa proprietà è comoda da raggiungere, si trova sotto la Via Aurelia, non ne è distante, ma non ne sente il rumore e neppure quello della ferrovia.
E davanti all’appartamento ha una distesa di mare, ma non un mare piatto ed informe che si unisce al cielo quasi con indifferenza.
Uno spettacolo che parte dalla punta di Sestri Levante arriva a quella di Portofino.
Mare, panorama e uliveto = un polmone di salute fatto di tranquillità, aria pulita, sole e natura.
Tutto davanti alle vetrate del soggiorno e della camera da letto principale.
L’esposizione è sud per cui è soleggiato tutto il giorno, ma ci sono le tende e l’appartamento ha tre aree per una ottima circolazione d’aria.
L’ampio terrazzo vivibile non fa che esaltare questo meraviglioso mix di ingredienti.
La suddivisione degli spazi interni è molto razionale essendo composta da: ingresso, soggiorno, cucina abitabile, camera da letto principale - fronte mare, seconda camera – lato giardinetto, ripostiglio/cameretta armadi, bagno con doccia e finestra, lavanderia/secondo servizio.
L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2004 e la superficie interna catastale è di mq.75 mentre la superficie del terrazzo è di mq.15 e quella dell’ingresso/ giardinetto di retro è di circa mq.20.
I serramenti sono tutti in alluminio con doppi vetri e zanzariere, le tapparelle sono motorizzate, tende sul terrazzo.

A Zoagli, pur essendo un piccolo centro costiero, si può trovare un po' di tutto: negozi, banche, bar e ristoranti, ed avere delle incantevoli spiaggette, aree pubbliche e stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, in un contesto tipico di vecchio borgo.
