"Grassi Palace"
In Arpino, im historischen Zentrum der Stadt Cicero, an einem einzigartigen, dominanten Ort, der von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang sonnig ist, steht der „Palazzo Grassi".
Das zwischen dem 16. und 17. Jahrhundert erbaute Gebäude erstreckt sich über fünf Ebenen, drei oberirdisch und zwei unterhalb des Straßenniveaus.
Die tragende Konstruktion aus Steinmauerwerk und Fußböden, von denen einige aus Holz bestehen und andere Steingewölbe aufweisen, befindet sich in einem guten Zustand.
Der Palast wurde zuvor als Residenz genutzt, die für die Geschichte von Arpino von Bedeutung war, außerdem als öffentliches Gebäude sowie als Sitz eines Klosters.
Der „Palazzo Grassi" verfügt über zwei große Haupttreppenhäuser, die sich an den Enden des Gebäudes befinden.
Das Anwesen befindet sich im historischen Zentrum von Arpino, direkt neben der Kirche Santa Maria della Civita. Es ist von mehreren Seiten zugänglich, unter anderem vom gleichnamigen Platz und der Via Abate Marsella, und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang vom privaten Innenhof. À Arpino, dans le centre historique de la ville de Cicéron, dans une position unique et dominante ensoleillée du lever au coucher du soleil, se dresse le « Palazzo Grassi ».
L'édifice, construit entre le XVIe et le XVIIe siècle, s'étend sur cinq niveaux, trois au-dessus du sol et deux en sous-sol.
La structure porteuse en maçonnerie de pierre et les planchers, dont certains sont en bois et d'autres voûtés en pierre, sont en bon état.
Le palais avait auparavant servi de résidence importante dans l'histoire d'Arpino, ainsi que de bâtiment public et de siège d'un couvent.
Le « Palazzo Grassi » est desservi par deux grands escaliers principaux situés aux extrémités du bâtiment.

El edificio, construido entre los siglos XVI y XVII, se distribuye en cinco niveles, tres sobre rasante y dos bajo el nivel de la calle.
La estructura portante en mampostería de piedra y forjados, algunos de madera y otros con bóvedas de piedra, se encuentra en buen estado.
