Großes und komfortables Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Portikus, der Zugang zum Außenbereich bietet Mit Blick auf das Meer und ausgestattet mit eigenem Eingang von der Fußgängerzone des Yachthafens Porto San Rocco. Komfortable und bewohnbare Küche, vom Wohnbereich durch eine schöne Glastür getrennt.
