Charming holiday house in a central Italian medieval town called Pennabilli. The surrounding has inspired several Fellini's scriptures and films. 
The house is composed of two independent apartments, one entirely restored, the other with cave and garage.
The place is at 48km driving from Rimini (airport), a major city by the sea, full of wonderfull beaches and tourist attractions. There are also new skyslopes nearby (1km).
Furthermore, the town is at 600 m above the sea level and it is surrounded by mountains and valleys. Events are organised all year around: in the New Year'sEve  there is a traditional feast with the "burning of the closing year"; the ceremony of the passion of Christ in Roman costumes on Easter time and in Summer the "stree artist" festival as well as the antiquaries exposition.

The town is very conveniently located from other tourist places: S.Marino (smallest Republic in the world) at 20Km, S.Leo (the castle with the prison of the alchemist Cagliostro) at 17 km, Urbino (Palace of the Duke of Urbino da Montefeltro) at 45km, S.Sepolcro (the town of Piero della Francesca with his major frescos) and gate to Tuscany is at 46 Km.

The house is on four levels with a balcony on the top and a storage room under the roof. It is fully refurbished and has independent hiting system. It has been restored in the '80s. It is sold with furniture, kitchen and a laundry machine,
